Spending two days with Brenda
brought back memories of our
Europe trip when both of us,
when asked to close our eyes
and think of a place we visited,
thought of the ship, Jeanie Johnston,
an immigrant ship replicated,
anchored near the art exhibit
titled, "The Great Hunger,"
where the Irish have planted
The World Poverty Stone where
potatoes once grew.
